Yes, there are birds, even in compton. You know, certain types of stigma become attached to a given area because of media stereotypes, but really you never know till you go there. Yes, there are shitty parts of compton, but thats true of many cities across the US. There are also very nice parts of compton, and there are moments when you see something that strikes you as a bit odd… like this bird, sitting on a fence, watching the early morning freeway traffic. Maybe he’s thinking “all those cars, and not a single damn person notices me”. Oh, I notice you Mr. Crow, I notice you.
